Mrs Lim Hwee Hua, Minister, Prime Minister's Office, Second Minister for Finance and Transport, MP for Aljunied GRC launched the Lunar New Year light-up ceremony at Serangoon North Village on 30 Jan 2010.  Over the last few weekends, Serangoon North Village has been packed with shoppers and residents soaking up the festive spirit.  As we celebrate this festive season, the Serangoon North Merchants’ Association, together with the Serangoon CCC will be launching the Charity Blossom Tree. The purpose of this project is to raise fund for the community works that the CCC is involved in and it targets to raise $10,000.
