People’s Action Party recognises the dedication of retired PAP Members of Parliament

The People’s Action Party (PAP) acknowledged the years of service and contributions of PAP Members of Parliament (MPs) who recently stepped down from the 14th Parliament of Singapore.

At an appreciation event held at Parliament House, PAP Secretary-General and Prime Minister Lawrence Wong conveyed the party’s gratitude to the 20 PAP MPs who retired at the General Election 2025. Across their tenure, these PAP MPs had dedicated themselves to speaking up and improving the lives of Singaporeans and contributed extensively to shape a better future for Singapore. Prime Minister Lawrence Wong also presented valedictory letters to them.

The PAP MPs who retired in 2020 are as follows:

5 terms of service

  1. Dr Amy Khor许连碹 – last served in Hong Kah North SMC
  2. Heng Chee How 王志豪 – last served in Jalan Besar GRC
  3. Dr Maliki Osman 孟理齐 – last served in East Coast GRC
  4. Ng Eng Hen 黄永宏 – last served in Bishan-Toa Payoh GRC

  1. Lim Biow Chuan 林谋泉 – last served in Mountbatten SMC
  2. Dr Lim Wee Kiak 林伟杰 – last served in Sembawang GRC
