Diana Pang Li Yen 彭丽燕 , 51
Diana Pang is a passionate community leader who believes deeply in the values of trust, kindness, and mutual support.
With over 20 years of experience working alongside families, women, and caregivers, she has been a steadfast advocate for health, mental wellness, and women development. Her work reflects her firm belief that small acts of kindness and care can make a big difference in people’s lives.
Diana’s approach to community-building is rooted in compassion and collaboration. She sees the community not just as a place to live, but as a space where people uplift one another and grow stronger together.
Goh Pei Ming 吴培铭 , 42
Goh Pei Ming is proud to be a Singaporean. He believes in working hand in hand with our people, especially our youth, to build our home and our future together.
Pei Ming strongly believes in serving his country and his community. Growing up in the heartlands, he learned the importance of giving back from an early age. For over 17 years, he dedicated himself to serving our community as a grassroots leader, working closely with residents and partners to strengthen bonds and improve lives. Beyond the community, he also served in the Singapore Armed Forces for more than two decades, doing his part to keep our country safe.
Pei Ming aspires to build a cohesive community that is people-focused, green, and lively. He believes in taking care of our people—ensuring that families can thrive, seniors feel supported, and no one is left behind. He also envisions a green and sustainable estate, with beautiful spaces that enhance our daily life. At the heart of it all, he wants a lively community where people can come together, enjoy meaningful activities, and create lasting memories. His goal is to build a place that every resident is proud to call home.
Pei Ming is married with three young children. In his spare time, he enjoys jogging, reading, and watching movies.
Muhammad Faishal Ibrahim 费绍尔 , 56
Muhammad Faishal Ibrahim believes that family plays an important role in the construction of Singapore’s social fabric, with Singapore’s multiculturalism being one of its cornerstones. He has played pivotal roles in shaping policy initiatives related to these areas, including promoting strong marriages, positive parenthood, and inclusive preschools. Under his portfolio, Faishal also oversees DrugFreeSG and programmes supporting the rehabilitation and reintegration of offenders and ex-offenders.
While serving in Marine Parade GRC and Nee Soon GRC, Faishal has been supporting and engaging residents through initiatives aimed at uplifting vulnerable families and promoting a cohesive community.
Seah Kian Peng 谢健平 , 63
Seah Kian Peng is Speaker of Parliament. One of his most notable contributions in Parliament is the introduction of a Private Member’s Bill to enhance the Maintenance of Parents Act, emphasising a conciliation-first approach to resolve maintenance disputes.
Actively engaged in community efforts, Kian Peng currently chairs the Marine Parade Leadership Foundation and serves on the board of Singapore Olympic Foundation.
Serving constituents in Braddell Heights since 2006, he strives to build a safe and secure neighbourhood that is fun, caring and inclusive for both young and old.
Kian Peng is married with two children and plays various sports.
Tin Pei Ling 陈佩玲 , 41
In MacPherson, Tin Pei Ling strives to ensure everyone has a stake in the community and that every day is one worth looking forward to. Pei Ling is passionate about supporting the silver generation and has advocated for many senior-friendly policies and implemented relevant programmes locally. High on her agenda are also issues relating to children, youth, women, mental health and digital economy/ society. As we digitalise, ensuring a safe and inclusive online space as we embrace opportunities is imperative.
Pei Ling also strives to rejuvenate MacPherson, preserving its rich heritage while transforming it into a vibrant and young town.
