Bee Hoon

Fried bee hoon with Taiwan sausages & eggs is a delicious breakfast, especially for a working woman like myself to quickly whip up on weekends for my family. My family enjoyed the time to enjoy the food together.
• 300g – 500g of bee hoon (1 pkt)
• 3 pcs Taiwan sausage, sliced
• 4 eggs
For Seasoning:
• 3 tbsp oil
• 1 tsp salt
• 3 tbsp oyster sauce
• 2 tsp pepper (optional)
1. Soak the bee hoon in hot water for 3 mins and pour away the water.
2. Cover the bee hoon with a lid and set aside for 10 mins.
3. Beat eggs into a bowl and fry in a wok.
4. Add in bee hoon, sausage and seasonings, fry for 8 mins.
5. Ready to serve.
Taiwan Xin Zhu Bee Hoon is good for cooking.
