The People’s Action Party (PAP), represented by PAP Policy Forum (PPF) Council Vice Chairperson Murali Pillai, will champion regional cooperation and exchange at the Communist Party of China (CPC) in Dialogue with Political Parties of Neighboring Countries dialogue. Hosted by the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, the two-day dialogue opens today, 25 May 2025, in Beijing.
Themed “Building a Community with a Shared Future with Neighboring Countries – Political Parties in Action”, the dialogue gathers political parties across the region to discuss ways to foster political trust and exchanges. The PAP’s participation in the dialogue is underpinned by the PAP’s commitment to foster regional stability and builds upon a long-standing understanding between the CPC and PAP to further party-to-party exchanges.
PPF Vice Chairperson Murali Pillai will meet with various political parties to exchange insights on engaging citizens, shaping policy, and discuss opportunities for collaboration.
