Healthy Dragonfruit Breakfast

Three times a week, Mdm Daisy Lee Ee Choo will wake up early to prepare a nutritious and delicious breakfast for herself, her children and grandchildren to start the day.
Her healthy breakfast was much loved and appreciated by her family as they knew that preparing the breakfast was hard work.
Mdm Daisy hope that all her loved ones will always remember the warmth and love that came with her own initiative recipe.
• 2 red dragonfruit
• 1 cup of nata de coco
• 1 cup plain thick yoghurt
• 1 tin of lychee
• 1 tbsp of chia seeds
• 1 stalk of dill (as topping)
1. Peel the dragonfruit, and cut half of it into small cubes.
2. Blend the balance dragonfruit with plain thick yoghurt.
3. Add a few tbsp of lychee syrup to taste (according to individual preference).
4. Add small cubes of dragonfruit, nata de coco and chia seeds.
5. Stir well and pour into a cup. Texture should be similar to yoghurt.
6. Cut small pieces of lychee for topping, and garnish with dill.
