Hany Soh – Equip Women with Skills to Empower Them in Society

I believe in empowering women and equipping them with essential skills and knowledge. Three workshops are planned for 2023 to equip women with awareness and skills in areas such as sustainability, grooming etiquette and mental wellness. The Woodgrove branch seeks to keep women updated on current and relevant issues in society, enabling them to gain confidence and contribute in their own capacities.

These workshops are also aligned with the three pillars of Forward SG. The first workshop is on upcycling, to encourage women to become green champions, and stewards of our shared resources for sustainable growth. This ties in with the pillar "Steward". The second workshop is on mental wellness, in conjunction with the International Day of Action for Women's Health. We hope to help women practise self-care, and at the same time, help other women around them. This ties in with the pillar "Care". The third workshop on grooming has the aim of helping women regain confidence in returning to the workforce, tying in with the pillar "Equip".

The instructors of these workshops are mumpreneurs of Mumpreneurs Go Places (an online platform featuring home-based businesses run by women who are managing their business and caring for their family).

In PAP Women's Wing, we invest in the personal and professional growth of women and inspire others to reach their full potential!
